Brenda + Rudy | Yucatán Wedding
When people from all over are brought together in an unsuspecting place, such as the jungle of the Yucatán, the experience will always be unique and unforgettable. Brenda, the editor in chief of Harper’s Bazaar Latin America and Rudy, from Paris, brought their worlds together here for a wedding I am so proud to have been a part of.
The rustic, decayed buildings of Campeche and Merida, Mexico are a photographers dream. Brenda and Rudy began their three-day wedding weekend with a spiritual ceremony at Hacienda Ochil. This was led by a Maya Shaman at the edge of a cenote.
Their rehearsal dinner party was at Starwood’s Hotel Hacienda Temozon. The ceremony and reception were at Hacienda Tekik de Regil. Using these three amazing properties, Brenda and Rudy managed to show their guests why this part of Mexico is like no other place in the world.
